Eid Recap – A Joyous Celebration with Our Community

June 8, 2025

Assalamu Alaikum dear brothers and sisters,

Alhamdulillah, what a truly beautiful and heartwarming Eid al-Adha celebration we shared together this past weekend!

It was wonderful to see such a large and vibrant gathering for Eid prayer on Friday, and even more joyful to witness so many families and children enjoying the festivities on Saturday. From the heartfelt takbeerat to the sounds of laughter at the carnival games, every moment reminded us of the blessings of community and the joy of coming together as brothers and sisters in Islam.

We extend our deepest gratitude to every one of you who joined us to mark this joyous occasion. Your presence brought warmth and energy to the celebration, and we pray that Allah (SWT) accepts your worship, sacrifices, and prayers during these blessed days.

A very special thank you goes to our amazing volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Many of them stepped away from enjoying the event themselves in order to ensure that others had a smooth, welcoming, and meaningful experience. May Allah reward their selflessness, bless their families, and elevate their ranks—ameen!

We’d love to see your photos and videos from Eid! Please feel free to share them with us at mahmasjid@gmail.com for future content and memories.

As we transition from the joy of Eid, let’s not let the spirit of togetherness and worship fade. We encourage everyone to stay connected to the masjid by attending Jumu’ah on Fridays and joining us for daily prayers. The masjid is not just a place for special occasions—it’s a space for all of us, every day.

We wish you and your loved ones well and look forward to seeing you often, insha’Allah!

With warmest regards,
