Shorts are acceptable, but should be long enough to cover the knees. Shoes will need to be removed before entering the prayer areas. There are cubby holes available for shoe placement near the mosque entrances.

What happens at the Friday prayer (Jumu'ah) service ?

The weekly Friday prayer begins at 1:00 PM and lasts for approximately 45 minutes. It includes a sermon and a short prayer. About 300 people typically attend.
